Vendor Information for 2024 Events

Thank you for your interest in partnering with Winterfell on this summer’s event lineup. We are working hard to add additional events and will keep you up to date on those as they book.

Winterfell Management will be coordinating vendors for the following event dates:

May 23rdWillie Nelson and Family This show sold out its allotment of 7,000 tickets in 2 days. We expect a 3 act show with 2 intermissions. Doors will open at 5pm and event will conclude at 10pm

July 3rdParty in the Park with Hairball (premiere cover band of the Midwest that typically draws between 7,000 to 8,500 patrons). Doors will open at 3:30pm and the event is 4-10pm.

July 4thFourth Fest (Free community event with local music and the largest fireworks display in the upper Midwest. Typically draws between 10,000 to 12,000 attendees over the course of the day). Event will be from 4pm-11pm with fireworks at 10pm.

July 6thTrampled by Turtles & Houndmouth This event will sell out in the next month and will have 8,500 attendees. Doors will open at 4:30pm and the event runs 6-11pm.

We have cited current and past attendance numbers as a guide. The cited attendance numbers above are not a guarantee of attendees and are meant to help with product and staffing. Weather will have an impact on what size audiences we’ll see this summer.

You may choose to vend for one, two, three or all four shows. Vendors that choose to take advantage of the 4 show offer will not only save on fees, but will be placed closer to the center entrance and be able to remain in that space for the weekend.

Application Acceptance/Locations will be determined by the following criteria: Number of events and seniority of vendor. Food vendors will be given priority over craft vendors due to their higher cost of entry.

There is a maximum limit of 2 of the same primary type of Food Vendors.

Examples:

  • 2 Kettle Corn vendors = no additional Kettle Corn Vendors
  • 2 burger vendors = no additional burger vendors
  • 2 asian food vendors = no additional asian food vendors

We reserve the right to determine what primary food type means. For example, serving desserts like ice cream, donuts etc in addition to your primary menu doesn’t mean that an ice cream only vendor would be precluded and vice versa. The goal is to not put too many of the same types of foods directly near each other. If the roster is full for the type of food you vend, we will issue an email informing you and a full refund.

Thank you for your past commitment to making events at Bayfront Park successful and your continued support. If this is your first time vending at Bayfront, welcome aboard. We appreciate your collaboration.
