Vendor Information for July 1-4  & 9 Only

The following events have joined together to offer a discounted pricing structure for those interested in taking part:

July 1 – Bayfront Country Jam 3rd year of this event. Country events have done remarkably well in this market and the low ticket price should put this show between 2,000-4,000 attendees.

July 2 – Disney in the Park 1st year of this event. New event tailored towards kids and families with stage entertainment and activities. Attendance TBA

July 3 – Party in the Park with Hairball (premiere cover band of the Midwest that typically draws between 5,000 to 8,000 patrons).

July 4 – Fourth Fest Free community event with local music and the largest fireworks display in the upper Midwest. Typically draws between 12,000 to 15,000 attendees over the course of the day.

July 9 – Trampled by Turtles & Jenny Lewis First post-pandemic year for this band with historically strong ticket sales and the addition of a co-headliner. This is expected to sell out 8,000-9,000 attendees.

We have cited past attendance numbers as a guide. The cited attendance numbers above are not a guarantee of attendees and are meant to help with product and staffing. Weather will have an impact on what size audiences we’ll see this summer. We will again hold pricing steady at 2019 rates.

You may choose to vend for one, two, three, four shows or all five shows. Vendors that choose to take advantage of the 5 show offer will not only save on fees, but will be placed closer to the center entrance and be able to remain in that space for the weekend.

Application deadline is Friday, June 10. Locations maps will be sent out on or around June 24..

Locations will be determined by the following criteria: Number of events and seniority of vendor. Food vendors will be given priority over craft vendors due to their higher cost of entry.

Thank you for your past commitment to making events at Bayfront Park successful and your continued support. If this is your first time vending at Bayfront, welcome aboard. We appreciate your collaboration.
