Duluth’s fourth annual hot-air balloon festival features weather-contingent launches, a craft brew village, live music and more. The festival runs September 16-18. Along with hot-air balloons, the event will feature educational activities including launching of weather balloons and hands-on activities for families. Attendees will have a chance to view potential launches as well as take tethered balloon flights during the festival.
